Where do I start. Unfortunately this is not the first time I have had to write a negative review on this company.
I ordered 10 x For Him which arrived unwrapped. Took a big fight to get a pre-paid returns label which I eventually did.
Then I received an incorrect, unwrapped order which I have returned but not been refunded for yet.
I re-ordered the For Him and received, yet again, unwrapped bottles. I shall no longer be ordering anything until this is sorted and I am probably one of their best customers.
Terrible customer service. One of the worst I have ever encountered!
I shall be writing a negative trust pilot review EVERY DAY until this is sorted!
