I absolutely love this company, their perfumes are unmatched! Their customer service is absolutely outstanding as well! There was the tiniest hiccup with my order - I was sent out the wrong perfume and was assisted by a lovely employee whose name is Usama (Usama was incredibly helpful, kind and polite). Usama was so quick in helping to make sure the right perfume got to me and was very fast in doing so and responding to emails. I have nothing but great things to say about this company, and would highly recommend them to everyone!

The ordering process was fine, and I received the package within a week. However, the claims made are not accurate. While the fragrance is pleasant, the promised effects do not materialize. My suggestion is to choose a scent that appeals to you.
I purchased the travel size handbag of the V1 and loved it so much that I decided to get a full size one for my mum's birthday. Unfortunately, the post office lost it, but the support team quickly arranged a replacement with express delivery and even provided a discount code for my next purchase. Thank you very much for the excellent customer service and an amazing product!
Where do I start. Unfortunately this is not the first time I have had to write a negative review on this company.
I ordered 10 x For Him which arrived unwrapped. Took a big fight to get a pre-paid returns label which I eventually did.
Then I received an incorrect, unwrapped order which I have returned but not been refunded for yet.
I re-ordered the For Him and received, yet again, unwrapped bottles. I shall no longer be ordering anything until this is sorted and I am probably one of their best customers.

This is by far the worst bottling I have encountered. The spray mechanism is made from cheap materials, which causes it to malfunction. Additionally, the fragrances are leaking, and the outer labeling is deteriorating due to the alcohol content. I suggest using more durable labeling materials and enhancing the bottling quality.

You can't fault that level of service, despite the delivery issues.
