ive had about 6 texts through, and multiple intrusive suggested apps full of adverts from the website, I uploaded loads of types of information had to be on hold 4 times just to get paid in the first week. totally unnecessary information and time wasting procedures. the only reason its not a 1 star review is because my issues were resolved ion the end.

Very disappointing experience

Very disappointing experience. £75 was taken extra from my money and I still don’t clearly understand why.I received many emails and links, but even now I still cannot find where to actually see my payslip. The whole process is confusing and not transparent at all.Employees should be able to clearly see their payslip and understand the deductions from their salary. Right now, this system is frustrating and difficult to use.
