At first it was awesome but the gas prices around me have raised dramatically and the prices on the app DOES NOT reflect this so the savings is not correct at first I thought it was just fluke but its been 3 days now id think they would have updated it by not its VERY irritating to pull on the gas station thinking to pay 2.79 and end up with 3.19 why would I continue to use it if the prices dont match so the cash back is incorrect
Don't waste your time. I waited one week to get .15 from a gas receipt. Right after that when I used the app, I kept waiting for the 25 cents to hit my account and eventually when I contacted upside they stated that the receipt was invalid. They never said why. At that point I had had the app and was using it for approximately 3 months and had a total of 16 cents. I stopped using it at that point.
My lifetime earning disappeared. I can't contact upside and the AI bot cannot answer questions. This company needs to be considerate of their customers instead of money disappearing out of accounts. Just another disappointing company. Be careful if you are using this app.
Avoid this advertisement; it's a scam. I earned $71, but I never received my money. They won't load funds onto any of those gift cards either. Additionally, there's no one to reach out to via phone. This application is very risky, and you won't see your payout, so please refrain from applying.
I currently have at least three transactions that remain unprocessed. All of these transactions are from the same gas station and utilize the same payment method. Occasionally, one of the transactions will go through, but often it does not.
The only support available is AI, making it incredibly frustrating and not worth the effort. My cashback is stuck in processing, and if it doesn't go through in 10 days, it vanishes—this happens far too frequently. Overall, a disappointing experience.
I started using the platform a couple of months ago after hearing a radio ad that seemed credible. After several weeks, I earned $41. On November 24th, I requested a virtual credit card, which still doesn't work. It's been declined everywhere. Although the card is activated, when I contacted the card provider, they had no record of it. AVOID THIS APP. THEY COLLECT YOUR INFORMATION AND ISSUE FAKE GIFT CARDS WHEN YOU TRY TO REDEEM YOUR EARNINGS.
If I could rate this zero stars, I would. Don't waste your time; they refuse to issue a refund. I bought gas on the 17th, and it cleared my bank on the 18th, but the review has been pending indefinitely. I've provided screenshots from my bank and my receipt, yet it's still not enough for them. Very disappointing...
The cash back is decent, but I'm uneasy about the redemption process since it requires my online banking credentials, which allows them to access my entire transaction history. I wouldn't share that information with just anyone. It's unsettling, and they should consider using microtransactions for verification or sending checks like traditional companies. This whole setup makes me consider moving to cryptocurrency instead. EDIT: I appreciate the response, but I don't trust the third-party service involved. There's a more secure way to connect bank accounts.
