I ordered business cards that came out not bad, but alas one color was darker then expected. I mentioned this here and VistaPrint emailed me proposing a free reprint of the cards AND free advise for a cleaner design. Well, I am over the moon, wishing all companies give such a brilliant service.

The seThe service from this company is really outstanding! They respond incredibly quickly and don’t make a fuss about implementing adjustments. When I saw that the colors on the cards I had already received were much darker than on the screen (and therefore hard to read), they, as a courtesy, let me have the design adjusted once more (for the second time) and are now sending me the new, adjusted cards. So it’s good to keep in mind that colors when printed are darker than on the screen. I will definitely order from them again.
About 10 years ago I ordered mugs printed with my personal logo. They are stiil going strong! The print is fine after 10 years cleaning in the dishwasher. Very good quality!Last order one of the mugs got damaged in transport. 2 days later I already got the replacement with my personal log. Well done Diana. Exeptional service!!

The delivery was delayed 5 days! I ordered Express and payed extra. But on the day of delivery no one made me aware. I had to get in contact myself. No real compensation was made. Only that I don’t have to pay extra for it to be delivered again. As if it was my fault.
