I’ve used them twice for two separate contracts, but their fees have increased significantly. There are other umbrella companies offering lower fees and better customer service. I received a few follow-up calls to check how things were going, but when I spoke with customer service, the representative seemed more interested in ticking a box and ending the call than actually helping. For £28 per week, that attitude comes across as quite arrogant. I won’t be using them for my next assignment.
Constantly call you for every tiny issue. Can’t possibly email. Even when you email them and say you’re a night shift worker, they still wake you up. Call you repeat for the same information you’ve already been repeatedly asked for. Send you the automated link for the rewards website which then doesn’t even allow you to register. Tell you all the information of pro services and how much money they will get you but nothing practical like when pay day is or how getting paid actually works. Don’t respond to emails. Overall a really frustrating experience.
