Ordered for express delivery. When it hadn't arrived and we hadn't received a notification of dispatch I contacted the online number. Informed that the local store had now closed. I asked why they didn't contact me to say there would be no delivery. No answer. I asked what happens now and was told tha they would deliver it sometime tomorrow. When I said no one would be home which is why it was arranged for today the care factor was zero. I said I will pick it up tomorrow. Told that an email would be sent about this. Guess what - no email. First time I have used Liquorland and definitely last time. There was no customer care. No customer contact. They shouldn't offer Express if they have no plan on doing it. Sorry but your customers time is just as important as yours.
