Description of Incident:
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the aggressive and unprofessional behavior I experienced at your Carindale Westfield location.
After purchasing a bottle of gin, I politely asked the cashier if a brown paper bag or a box was available. The staff member, identified as Phe lan, became immediately agitated and hostile. He responded by stating he did not have any and used extremely vulgar language, telling me he "couldn't pull them out of his ass."
As he walked away, he clearly told me to "F.O" While he eventually provided a box, his demeanor was threatening and erratic throughout the exchange.
Resolution Requested:
This level of verbal abuse is unacceptable in a service environment. I would appreciate confirmation that this incident will be investigated and that the staff member involved receives urgent retraining in customer service and conflict resolution. No customer should be subjected to profanity or hostility for making a standard request.

As part of the transfer of Vintage Cellars and First Choice bottle shops to Liquoland a promotion was offered called TAKE10 whereby a $10 discount was offered on a minimal purchase of $30.This was originally advertised as expiring on 28/2 but has now been arbitarily changed to 17/2.This offer is still being detailed by OzBargain as expiring on 28/2 which was my clear recollection when using the promotion.Has anyone else experienced this which in my opinion amounts to misleading advertising.
Today (Dec 1st) I received exceptional customer interaction and service from a sales assistant at Darra Liquorland by the name of Ethan. Ethan is always quick with a warm greeting, a joke and always has my taste in wine in hand. This morning I did my grocery shopping and stopped at liquorland to buy a cask wine as I was leaving t h e centre , I was told that I was unable to buy cask wine till after 4 o'clock! I find this very inconvenient, I am retired and buy that as it works out cheaper and lasts a long time, why why are we doing this people who abuse alcohol will find a way around this and the rest of us have to be very inconvenienced by the whole stupid thing
Ordered for express delivery. When it hadn't arrived and we hadn't received a notification of dispatch I contacted the online number. Informed that the local store had now closed. I asked why they didn't contact me to say there would be no delivery. No answer. I asked what happens now and was told tha they would deliver it sometime tomorrow. When I said no one would be home which is why it was arranged for today the care factor was zero. I said I will pick it up tomorrow. Told that an email would be sent about this. Guess what - no email. First time I have used Liquorland and definitely last time. There was no customer care. No customer contact. They shouldn't offer Express if they have no plan on doing it. Sorry but your customers time is just as important as yours.
Tonight is the fifth time I tried to use Coles Liquorland Click and Collect. This is the third time they have failed. I paid with PayPal linked to a Coles credit card. PayPal sent me a Coles transaction number 66048706.Nothing on the Cole side of the transaction work other than taking my money.After waiting an hour for an SMS (supposed to be within 30 minutes) I figured they had failed again. I went to the pickup location Mt Colah Sydney. The guy behind the counter spent about 20 minutes on the phone (mostly on hold) and said the transaction had failed and they would do a refund. The only thing he could offer was to sell me a unit at full price and was not able to give me the discounted Click and Collect price. So I bought one unit with the same COLES CREDIT CARD that they were not able to do the transaction on. I also made over $150 worth of purchases on that card this evening at Aldi, Bunnings and McDonalds no problem.
