Liquorland would have the worst customer service ever. I placed an order for 1hour delivery and after four hours I had no reponse. So I phoned and was told sorry the order I placed one product was Out of stock they only had 23 JD & coke not 24 would I accept a credit for 1. I said yes but could not accept delivery today as we are a business and closing today. They then told me that they would deliver the next morning today, They made a delivery less all of JD even that they had charged me for the full amount. Back to customer support & they contacted store & was told that they only had 15 now and I could do a click and collect from another store, that I agreed to. after one hour they phoned me back again and told me that they could not split the order and they would refund me in the next couple days for the JD, thats ok I tried to explain to the service support i need to have the JD today could they cancel order and redo a click and collect in the other store as I did not have any funds in that account work function. That is when the customer service person hung the phone up on me how rude. I would never ever purchase anything from LIQUORLAND again
