Very happy with the product, it’s gorgeous! I would definitely recommend. One critique is the order processing time is long for engraved product. Which is fine, but the order processing time is buried in the site so those expectations were not clear to me when ordering. For a bit I was mildly concerned this company was a scam. That being said, when I reached out for status I got a quick & helpful response. Consider adding processing time to the PDP and order confirmation email to remove doubt.
