Where do I even start? From the very beginning this experience was amazing. I was given various options that matched my description of what I was looking for. We eventually decided on one particular design. It was beautiful and exactly what I was looking for. They were so helpful throughout the whole process. From the time of purchase to production, and shipping, everything was fast (2 weeks) and I had the ring in hand and it was even more beautiful in person.
I purchased my fiancée’s engagement ring along with her upcoming wedding band from this seller, and I wholeheartedly recommend them. In 2024, when I planned to propose around Christmas, they offered an amazing deal, allowing me to buy a stunning lab-grown diamond ring at a fraction of the cost compared to others. My partner still adores the ring and often admires it. This year, I decided to buy her wedding band from them after consulting about the best design and curvature. The initial delivery arrived earlier than expected but had the wrong curvature. They covered the shipping costs to return it and sent the new piece even before receiving the incorrect one. I received the new band ahead of the expected delivery date, and it’s perfect now. If you’re seeking excellent customer service, great value, and attractive designs, this seller is the way to go!
Very happy with the product, it’s gorgeous! I would definitely recommend. One critique is the order processing time is long for engraved product. Which is fine, but the order processing time is buried in the site so those expectations were not clear to me when ordering. For a bit I was mildly concerned this company was a scam. That being said, when I reached out for status I got a quick & helpful response. Consider adding processing time to the PDP and order confirmation email to remove doubt.
Website is easy to navigate and find what you’re looking for, pricing is fantastic and the pieces are immaculate. Customer service is also top notch and super responsive, the only downside I would say is no up front info that I saw of lead times etc other than that you cannot lose when buying from Lisa jewelry!
