Since there is no zero-star-option, they get a one star. I’d give zero! Or minus 1. After placing an order online for over $200 worth of merchandise, I waited for a confirmation of shipping. It never came. I started looking at reviews for their online store. Sadly, I became aware that there are serious issues with this company. Their customer service is basically non-existent. AI responses and vague communication from any supposed human. Obviously the company was once credible. Not so much anymore. After asking for over a week to have them cancel my order, due to the order not being shipped in a reasonable amount of time, they are still sending vague responses. I will be forced to dispute the charge with my credit card company. How can it take over a week to cancel an order? The website is very misleading on delivery times. You can order from Amazon and get delivery from them within days. From the website, it’s weeks!! Do not order from this company. They do not deliver what they promise. And, lastly, someone needs to update their company info, because there is no telephone customer service. The line is closed. Buying four necklaces and a pair of earrings should not cause this much stress! Local jewelers will be my next choice. Human interaction and customer support are more important than cheaply made online products.
