I bought a necklace & within the 1st week the chain broke. Not easy to get in touch with them, but I did & they said they would send me a new chain, we'll they sent a new chain with the piece. But this piece (Breathe charm) was so badly scratched & looked used. I took the new chain & used it for my first charm. Now this charm looks awful the pewter got old fast. Sent them messages with pictures & no response. WOULD NOT RECCOMEND!!10/30/25 I SEE UR REDPONSE, I HAD ALREADY SENT U AN EMAIL WITH PICS & U ONLY RESPONDED BECAUSE OF MY REVIEW.
