It hasn’t moved at all — the only update is that the package "was measured" and too big. That’s it.Meanwhile, their customer support keeps repeating the same scripted message: “Your order is on the way.” This is simply not true. The tracking information clearly proves otherwise.There is no phone number to call, no real customer service, and no accountability. Just empty promises and no sign of product since over 45 days. I feel completely misled by a heavily advertised brand that does not deliver. I hope this review helps others avoid the same frustration.
