Worst experience ever. Fake marketing, ironing machine is a POS—t. I should have kniwn by looking at the videos that these are all ai generated. Tried to return but return can only be sent to China or UK which will cost you same as cost of product. Do not buy these quick chinese products , total waste of yoyr hard earned $$.
I want to warn everyone about my experience with Lissaire.It has now been 45 days since I placed my order for 2 ironing machines, and the tracking number still shows that the parcel is stuck in China. It hasn’t moved at all — the only update is that the package "was measured" and too big. That’s it.Meanwhile, their customer support keeps repeating the same scripted message: “Your order is on the way.” This is simply not true. The tracking information clearly proves otherwise.There is no phone number to call, no real customer service, and no accountability. Just empty promises and no sign of product since over 45 days. I feel completely misled by a heavily advertised brand that does not deliver. I hope this review helps others avoid the same frustration.
I ordered 2 as Xmas gifts on. 12/3/25. It’s well over 3 months and still haven’t gotten them. The communication with the company has been poor. They only response when I threatened with calling PayPal with a fraud charge. Their responses was the order was lost due to circumstances out of their control. This is after 3 months of waiting… Worst experience ever.*update*after reaching out to my credit company. Lissaire reached out and said the will fully refund my transaction. They are unable to fulfill my order. The order was made on 12/2/2025. They responded on 2/26/2026
Absolutely horrible product… the saying sits write for me for buying Lissaire product “all that glitters is not gold”.I will advise other potential buyers not to buy this product or any similar kind. Ironing is a job and this product fails to do the job. To top it all, with smart electric meter I realised the extraordinary amount of energy it was using along with the amount of time to somewhat dry (not iron) one piece of clothing. DONT BUY PLEASE…
This product is absolute garbage. It does not work. The directions say turn on the machine for 10 mins. After 10 mins of drawing a lot of power the shirt does not look any different that at first. Better off with an iron and board. It will cost you less and take less time. Also their customer service is the worst on the planet. They offer returns with a 30% restocking fee and you have to pay for return. This insures they dont loose any $$ on the transaction. They will drag out their investigation until the 14 days return window expires and stiff you with the machine which is only fit for the garbage. DONT BUY.
