I wish I’d seen these reviews. Since Oct 20 I ordered and paid for 2 blinds. First one told not in stock, so ordered a longer one, refund took ages, then item lost in transit, then a second one was meant to be refunded (why not just send a replacement) these guys must be drop shipping- they don’t know where the stock is. It’s a shame because I’d taken a while to pick the item which would have really finished off the room nicely. Will go elsewhere now, taken far too much time and hassle to get NOTHING
