We have been using this platform since 2016, which is 11 years now. It started off great with credits, then switched to a different credit system, and now it’s points. They can never seem to stick with one payout method. While there are dedicated members, including ourselves, things have deteriorated significantly in recent months. There are more scams, fake profiles, and sellers not sending items after auctions, especially for collectibles. Furthermore, the customer support is among the worst in the industry. The representative has faced numerous complaints from thousands of users who have left due to negligence. We currently have an issue with a closed auction and are getting no help from support to resolve it. It's been nearly three weeks. After this experience, we will be deleting our profile and leaving the platform due to the number of scammers and the terrible customer service.
