We have been using this platform since 2016, which is 11 years now. Initially, it was excellent, offering credits, then changing to a different credit system, and now it’s points. They seem unable to settle on a consistent payout method. While there are loyal members, including ourselves, the recent months have seen a significant decline. We’ve encountered more scams, fake profiles, and sellers not delivering items after winning auctions, particularly with collectibles. Additionally, the customer support is among the worst we’ve experienced. The representative has had numerous complaints from thousands of members who have left due to poor management. Currently, we are facing an issue with a closed auction and receiving no assistance from support to resolve it. It’s been nearly three weeks. Following this experience, we plan to delete our profile and depart from the platform due to the prevalence of scammers and inadequate customer service.

We currently have an issue with a closed auction and are getting no help from support to resolve it. It's been nearly three weeks. After this experience, we will be deleting our profile and leaving the platform due to the number of scammers and the terrible customer service.
This is my personal perspective only. The platform is quite good for buying and selling, and your points are guaranteed. However, some sellers do not send items, and when you request a refund, some members claim they sent it but do not provide delivery confirmation, which is necessary for all transactions. Instead of addressing these non-compliant members, the management allows this to continue, and some even resort to name-calling and slandering with falsehoods. This is certainly a downside. Another issue arises when you encounter the message stating the site is under heavy load and unable to handle traffic. This has been ongoing for hours. Despite these problems, there are many wonderful users, especially those with 100% positive ratings. Overall, I rate the platform as 90% positive and 10% negative. When things are running smoothly, it’s hard to beat. However, the rewards system is lacking, as those tasks never seem to yield points. While reaching out to the management can take days, they do eventually respond and address my concerns. Overall, it’s a great place to buy and sell.
The five-star reviews appear to unjustly blame customers for their experiences and seem to be written by paid employees. Genuine feedback from real users should be the only content on review platforms. It’s not difficult to identify who the employees are, as many of those five-star reviews come from staff or moderators. The true customers are those who leave one-star reviews.
This platform is a scam. My friends and I have never violated any rules. As free members, we’ve been wronged, then labeled as dishonest without any explanation. They have their paid staff write fake positive reviews to mislead others into thinking the fault lies with consumers. When numerous members, including paid ones, report similar experiences, it becomes clear who is truly misleading the public. Those praising the platform are likely employees, and their comments should be flagged as inauthentic. Genuine customer reviews are filled with frustration and disappointment, while the staff's reviews paint a perfect picture, which is easy to see through.
