We escalated concerns and worked directly with leadership and team members throughout the engagement. While we understand that the platform doesn’t guarantee leads, we expected reasonable reliability, deliverability, and support. We flagged deliverability issues repeatedly, noting that campaign emails landed in spam even after being marked as safe. Despite assurances of backend changes, results did not improve, resulting in lost time and wasted resources. We achieved significantly better engagement with manual outreach using similar messaging, indicating that the platform's performance was not reflective of our strategy. Average response times were around 5-6 days despite requests for quicker replies, complicating collaboration and slowing execution. Although leadership initially engaged, the onboarding process felt rushed, and support became increasingly impersonal. Our request for a refund based on these issues was denied, which was disappointing. While the platform may work for some, our experience did not meet the expectations set by its marketing.
