We stayed with them for 4 months and sent over 30,000 emails. We did not get a single booked meeting.

I suspect this product might be effective if you are running significant discounts or giveaways, but I encountered serious issues with data quality, raising doubts about their deliverability claims. I clearly stated before signing that I couldn't offer discounts, and they assured me they would help craft a successful campaign. Unfortunately, that never materialized. Over several months, they were supposed to improve the email copy for better performance, but the turnaround was painfully slow, feedback was often ignored, and constant staff changes meant I had to re-explain the same context repeatedly. One of the main reasons I chose the platform was for campaign strategy and support if results were lacking, but the representatives assigned to me lacked the experience to interpret basic campaign performance. Everything had to be escalated, and follow-up was rare. I had one support ticket where I followed up six times before receiving a response. When I finally got feedback, it was contradictory and unhelpful. The most concerning issue was lead quality; testing their data revealed a high bounce rate, leading to my campaign being shut off. If you have a strong promotional offer, you might see some results. However, it’s far more cost-effective to purchase email data directly or use a similar tool to manage campaigns yourself.

I can't help but feel that these positive reviews are not genuine! The service is poor, the system fails to deliver, and we were misled between two systems for months without proper guidance. In six months of using the platform, we have not received a single lead.
