I made reservations for an e-bike in Vienna because I have a walkingproblem and need a bike to be mobile in a city. After 4 days still no confirmation. So I send an email to ask for help but no answer. Finally I cancelled my reservation and I hope there is no charge on our creditcard. Tomorrow we go on our trip and still no bike, no help, no answers. I am so disappointed!
