The agent was OK he didn’t go above and beyond in listing the house. He did do a lot when it came to closing as we had a special circumstance, and that is greatly appreciated! We paid him less money and ended up with more in our pocket. I’m OK with that. The house got sold.

As an Agent, I was invited to join the platform. However, I encountered constant delays in receiving the Referral Agreement, with the company even attributing the issue to my brokerage. Ultimately, I was unable to become part of the network. This service is unresponsive and lacks organization. As a seller (or agent), I advise others to steer clear of this company.
