It took nearly 11 weeks for a bookshelf to arrive, which was 6 weeks later than the original delivery date promised at the time of purchase. The worst part is that the bookshelf arrived completely damaged and could not be assembled. The packaging was insufficient, barely suitable for a single book, let alone a full bookshelf. They offered a 5% refund, then a 40% refund, and even suggested I buy something from them for 120% of the total order cost. A total of £405 wasted. After sending numerous photos to show the extent of the damage, I raised a dispute with the payment service, and their response was to cancel the dispute in exchange for a full refund. Once the dispute was cancelled, the seller went silent and stopped responding to my emails. It's a disappointing experience, and I regret not reading the reviews before making my purchase. I provided my order number hoping they would address the issue, but I have little faith in that happening.
