Bought a really fancy looking bed from their website Waited a while for it to come in 4 different boxes and when we opened it we were shocked at the lack of quality the bed legs were basic wood planks the instructions were black and white blurry photos and not one screw or bolt was numbered or lettered
The parts weren't all there it was a shock at how bad this situation I got myself into was

I ordered two of the 47” modern shoe rack, everything arrived on time, around 21 days, all pieces are included (no damage) and everything went together perfectly. A great fit for my Christian Louboutin collection. Nigel NYC
We ordered a desk for my daughter's new room, as it looked impressive and of good quality online. After waiting about 10 weeks for delivery, which I didn't realize was due to the shipping location, I was still optimistic about our choice. However, upon unpackaging the product, I immediately regretted the purchase. The materials felt cheap and flimsy, and there were no runners for the drawers. The desk's color was also different from what was shown online. I have tried to obtain a refund, as I believe the product is subpar for the price paid. The response from the seller has only been to offer a 15% refund and a coupon, but I simply want a full refund for receiving an item that does not meet the promised quality.
I strongly advise against purchasing from this seller. I waited four months for an item that arrived in such poor condition that it was completely unusable. After a long dispute, with assistance from the support team, it was determined that I should receive a full refund. However, they insist that I must return the large item to another country at my own expense. The support team claims they cannot compel the seller to cover return shipping costs, which seems unfair. As a result, I will be over £100 out of pocket for receiving defective goods months after placing my order. Do yourselves a favor and steer clear of this seller.
If there was an option for a lower rating, I would choose it. It took nearly 11 weeks for a bookshelf to arrive, which was 6 weeks later than the original delivery date promised at the time of purchase. The worst part is that the bookshelf arrived completely damaged and could not be assembled. The packaging was insufficient, barely suitable for a single book, let alone a full bookshelf. They offered a 5% refund, then a 40% refund, and even suggested I buy something from them for 120% of the total order cost. A total of £405 wasted. After sending numerous photos to show the extent of the damage, I raised a dispute with the payment service, and their response was to cancel the dispute in exchange for a full refund. Once the dispute was cancelled, the seller went silent and stopped responding to my emails. It's a disappointing experience, and I regret not reading the reviews before making my purchase. I provided my order number hoping they would address the issue, but I have little faith in that happening.
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! We ordered 17 benches and 6 of them arrived damaged. Their customer service is a TOTAL DISASTER, offering me a mere 15% discount and a so-called free gift, which is laughable. They insist that everything is thoroughly checked before it leaves their facility (what a joke!) and are trying to say that we caused the damage. Seriously, do not order from them!
