I strongly advise against purchasing from this seller. I waited four months for an item that arrived in such poor condition that it was completely unusable. After a long dispute, with assistance from the support team, it was determined that I should receive a full refund. However, they insist that I must return the large item to another country at my own expense. The support team claims they cannot compel the seller to cover return shipping costs, which seems unfair. As a result, I will be over £100 out of pocket for receiving defective goods months after placing my order. Do yourselves a favor and steer clear of this seller.
