We ordered a desk for my daughter's new room, as it looked impressive and of good quality online. After waiting about 10 weeks for delivery, which I didn't realize was due to the shipping location, I was still optimistic about our choice. However, upon unpackaging the product, I immediately regretted the purchase. The materials felt cheap and flimsy, and there were no runners for the drawers. The desk's color was also different from what was shown online. I have tried to obtain a refund, as I believe the product is subpar for the price paid. The response from the seller has only been to offer a 15% refund and a coupon, but I simply want a full refund for receiving an item that does not meet the promised quality.
