This is my third order, and I was hoping for a better experience after paying upfront and for priority mail. The post office indicated that priority mail typically takes 2 to 3 business days, sometimes 4, not 10 days. I'm still waiting; if it was processed on the 2nd, I should have received it by Monday or Tuesday. My assumption is it wasn't processed until Tuesday, and according to tracking, I won't receive it until Monday. I may consider going elsewhere unless the shipping charges are refunded. It seems like there isn't much concern about this issue. I would appreciate a discussion, but I don’t expect a call. I really love the product and the pricing.
