It has been 3 weeks since purchase, and my product just got shipped. Im trying to understand why 3 day shipping has turned out to be what will have been a month or more process. Also, the customer service employee... yes I think it is one guy, was very VERY rude. This is a tiny company that way over advertised, and they aren't scaling ... they will surely be out of business shortly if every customer is having this same experience. Spend the extra cash and go with a more stable company.

The quality of the bud is definitely good, if hit or miss on stemmy and dry vs fluffy and fresh. My problems come from the upwards of two week processing and delivery time, the unprofessional customer service, and the fact that I was told wrong information about the shipping options. You can get great quality bud, just be ready to wait, and if you go to customer service be ready for attitude and to be told you’re wrong about something you’re looking at while they’re giving you that attitude. Especially if you get Parker.

Doing business with them started out great but apparently they have changed their processing system and it's garbage. Beforehand you place a order within 2 days it shipped and was at you door within a week. Now they are saying 3-5 days just to process another 1-2 for USPS to get it then 3-5 and that's spending enough for "free" priority shipping. I've already been waiting a week and it's not even left there facility yet.

Disappointed with Shipping Experience

This is my third order, and I was hoping for a better experience after paying upfront and for priority mail. The post office indicated that priority mail typically takes 2 to 3 business days, sometimes 4, not 10 days. I'm still waiting; if it was processed on the 2nd, I should have received it by Monday or Tuesday. My assumption is it wasn't processed until Tuesday, and according to tracking, I won't receive it until Monday. I may consider going elsewhere unless the shipping charges are refunded. It seems like there isn't much concern about this issue. I would appreciate a discussion, but I don’t expect a call. I really love the product and the pricing.

Exceptional service!

This company is fantastic. My partner and I have been loyal customers for over a year. The first order had an issue, but I received a prompt reply and refund. Since then, I've ordered many times without problems and enjoyed every order. The recent order had a minor issue, but the response was immediate, and they sent what I was missing quickly. Their customer service is the best I've encountered online. Highly recommend this site for delivery!
