The quality of the bud is definitely good, if hit or miss on stemmy and dry vs fluffy and fresh. My problems come from the upwards of two week processing and delivery time, the unprofessional customer service, and the fact that I was told wrong information about the shipping options. You can get great quality bud, just be ready to wait, and if you go to customer service be ready for attitude and to be told you’re wrong about something you’re looking at while they’re giving you that attitude.
