I spoke with a representative today who was very rude on the phone, insisting my internet was stable when it clearly wasn’t. My doorbells and TV couldn’t connect, and he dismissed my concerns, refusing to let me speak to a manager. He was unhelpful and talked over me. I'm really frustrated with this service; it's the worst provider I've encountered. The staff seem robotic.
