The internet was out for 10 days, yet they claim to refund only 5. The representative on the phone was quite sarcastic and didn’t listen to my concerns. When I requested to speak to a manager, he had the audacity to ask why. He kept insisting he was following the provided information, which was only what I had shared about the outage. The service is appalling. I strongly advise against using this company; the positive reviews seem fabricated. The support team reads from a script and refuses to properly reimburse honest customers. It feels like a scam, especially when every glowing review comes from someone who has only reviewed this company.
