Disappointing Customer Service

I spoke with a representative today who was very rude over the phone, claiming my internet was stable despite ongoing problems. My doorbells and TV couldn’t connect, and he dismissed my concerns, refusing to escalate to a manager. He interrupted me and was unhelpful. I'm truly frustrated with this service; it's the worst provider I've experienced. The staff seem robotic.
