I recently moved into a new house that had a pair of Lithe ceiling speakers installed. I attempted everything suggested online, to get hooked up to the speakers but had no joy.I then reached out to Lithe Audio directly, maybe hoping they might be able to recommend an engineer who I could pay for a repair. Lithe asked me to return the speaker for them to look at, with the only cost to me being the postage.This was posted and within a week they had sent me a brand new speaker.I was not the original purchaser of the speaker and had no warranty passed over to me from the previous house owners.For Lithe to replace the product shows a service and respect for the product they provide that is way beyond what I would have expected. If only all companies had this much pride in their products. Amazing. Thank you.
