Speaker not playing audio or AirPlay2. Following a few technical issues with the speakers I purchased through a reseller, soon after raising a support ticket to resolve I’d been in constant communication with Melvyn; who was extremely helpful with suggestions I could try out in order to resolve. But alas the speakers in this instance required a factory reset using specialist equipment. Melvyn promptly arranged for a pickup of my speakers, had them reset and sent back. As of today it has been three weeks and the speakers have worked perfectly. I’ve not stood on a ladder once to reset them, which I was doing at least 2 or 3 times to each pair one to two times a week. So I’d like to say “Thank you” to Melvyn and your team in the background that supported resolving the issues I had; it is much appreciated.So that was in regards to the service I received. In terms of the quality of the speakers; well whilst I’m watching movies or listening to music I can hear things I’ve not heard in the past through the TV or headphones. The quality of the speakers is perfect and I’d say reasonable value for the price.
