I received a pair of bluetooth ceiling speakers (master & slave) as a gift but after installing tehm discovered a fault as they won't connect to bluetooth.I contacted Lithe Audio directly and Melvyn couldn't have been more helpful. He quickly arranged for the master speaker to be collected so that it could be either repaired or replaced...first class customer service!Can't wait to get the unit back!!!
