We had booked a litter removal for April 8th. We got an initial tracking link in the morning, but then were told that happened in error. Nobody showed up at all that day; though we did get a call confirming that they were not able to do the pickup on the scheduled day and they would reschedule to the next day and we would get notified by the app 15-30min before the driver would arrive. Today, by the time the tracking notification happened the driver was already in front of the property and the phone icon to call the driver only produced an error. I raced to the house, luckily the cleanign staff happened to be at the house at the time adn they had let the driver in to remove the garbage. So the litter was removed a day after scheduled, but really more by luck than due to the process working as promised. Poor experience.
