I purchased the litter robot 5 pro around Thanksgiving 2025. Customer service has been great helping me through a few issues that I had been experiencing. I had a few laser sensor errors but customer service has helped me every time I asked. Every person that I've talked to at customer service on the phone has been very pleasant to talk with and had logical answers. I feel whisker is still working on a few bugs in their software but they have been right there to explain what's happening. I have been satisfied with their response.
A week or so ago Jason with customer service decided it would be best for me to receive a brand new litter robot 5 pro. He shipped it out and I received a few days later. After I got the litter box pro 5 I packed up my old unit and put it in the box so that Federal Express could pick it up and return it to the factory.
Usually customer service is not this snap-on like they are at whisker and litter robot. The few bugs they're still working out should be corrected once they do another firmware update I think that's going to happen February 2026 so it should be pretty soon. I can't wait until the litter Hopper is released so I can add it to my robot. My cat Beau started using the litter robot within the first 24 hours after I got it around Thanksgiving so I'm sure he's happy and I know my wife's excited that she doesn't need to scoop anymore.
