Hi so far the customer service has been terrible. The first order looked as if it failed so I ended up getting two sets at circa £600 total. Nothing was suitable (in fact not happy with the quality as one dress came pre damaged) and returned within a couple of days of receipt. I emailed about the duplicate order and got no response. I am waiting for my refund and no response. It’s been well over two weeks now. I emailed about that too and no response.
