Ordered a dress for Christmas Day in a medium. They put a small in the bag & altered the invoice stating I’d contacted to chance the size when I hadn’t.
Struggled with the returns process. Return completed beginning of January. Zero communication or refund.

1-star review for Little Black DressBought a dress, sent it back immediately (didn't even like the quality). They sat on my money for 18 days with zero communication while I chased them. Only got my refund because I paid via PayPal and had to open a case with the PayPal Resolution Center to force their hand.Shocking customer service, zero accountability, and apparently they only refund when legally cornered. Avoid this company—save yourself the headache and shop literally anywhere else.

I've had a great experience with LBD customer team - my order was initially running late, potentially jeopardising my work Christmas party outfit choice! But the team was very responsive and made sure to expedite the delivery to make up for the initial delay, so my dress arrived on time!
I was given only 3 days notice to a black tie event at work, decided to order a couple of options from LBD and was very pleased. 2 of the 3 dresses arrived in time which isn't a issue as the first dress I tried on fit amazing and I felt like a princess wearing it. Will definitely use again in the future. The dress was really good quality for the money too. Very pleased and thank you for getting me to the ball 😊
Very hard to communicate with Little Black Dress when you have a problem. They are great at communicating when you are buying but not when you are returning a product. They ignore your emails. There is no phone number to contact then. You can only communicate via email. Customer service is not great. I have been emailing them for the past four weeks and I’ve only had one response that doesn’t help me or explain when I will be refunded.
I’m really happy with my experience ordering from Little Black Dress. The site was easy to browse and had lots of lovely options. My dress arrived quickly, was nicely packaged, and the quality was even better than I expected. I will definitely be ordering again😊
My dress hasn’t arrived in 10 days, eventually I had to contact company about missing dress, and they told me there is delay as they have no colour and no size offering me smaller size haha would better they offer me different dress because I don’t think I loose weigh in few days. I have an event coming tmr and no outfit so I’m extremely disappointed with this company, and won’t recommend to anyone!
