Ordered my bridesmaid dress from here on 16th November, waited over the 7 days stated for delivery until I emailed to ask where it was as no email correspondence whatsoever. To be fair lovely representative Gayle replied and said they’d get in touch with the brand to check for me. Apparently the brand “agreed” to post it out for me on urgent delivery - like they were doing me a favour! The dress finally arrived yesterday - 3 weeks since I ordered it. Happy with my purchase but I probably wouldn’t order from here again.
