I had seen this brand's products in a local store in southern Italy and found them lovely and affordable. When it came time to choose Christmas gifts, I visited their website and spent a week selecting items for a few children in my life. Just before finalizing my order, I worried about the delivery time and saw the poor reviews. The low rating almost deterred me, but I had grown fond of the items and decided to proceed since they accepted PayPal. Having seen their products in person, I couldn’t believe their service could be lacking. I’m so glad I ignored the reviews! I placed my order on December 13th and received immediate confirmation. By Monday morning, I was notified that my order had shipped. Three days later, I learned my package had arrived in Italy, and by December 22nd, it was delivered! Everything was intact, I received a delightful free gift, and the items were just as beautiful as shown online. I did verify the website due to some claims of fakes, and my experience was flawless.
