I typically don’t leave reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience because the negative ratings are quite unjustified (at least from my perspective). I had come across this brand at a local store in southern Italy and found their products to be both beautiful and appealing. When it came time to choose Christmas gifts, I decided to visit their website. After a week of carefully selecting items for a few children in my life, I was ready to place my order. However, I hesitated because I was unsure if the gifts would arrive by Christmas. A quick online search revealed some concerning reviews. The low ratings almost deterred me, but I was smitten by the items I had chosen, and since they accepted PayPal, I decided to go ahead with the purchase. Having seen their products firsthand in the store, I found it hard to believe their service could be so inadequate. I am so glad I chose to ignore the negative reviews! I placed my order on December 13th (a Saturday evening) and promptly received a confirmation email. By 10 am on Monday, I got another email stating that my order had shipped. Just three days later, I received a notification from the Italian postal service that my package had arrived in Italy and was on its way. Finally, on Monday, December 22nd, my package was delivered! Everything was accounted for, I received my complimentary gift (charming Christmas postcards to accompany the gifts for the kids), and all items were just as stunning and flawless as depicted in the photos. I did notice some reviews mentioning fake websites, so I made sure to verify I was on the official site before placing my order, and my experience could not have been better.

By Monday morning, I was notified that my order had shipped. Three days later, I learned my package had arrived in Italy, and by December 22nd, it was delivered! Everything was intact, I received a delightful free gift, and the items were just as beautiful as shown online. I did verify the website due to some claims of fakes, and my experience was flawless.
I placed an order a few days ago expecting prompt shipping, yet I haven’t received any responses. Is this a scam? Should I contact my bank to cancel the transaction? Update: the delivery took longer than expected, but the product is lovely, and I’m very satisfied.
I can’t believe I fell for this website. It seems like a scam with the same story of heavy discounts. I received no email confirmation except for a poor payment receipt. I should have been more cautious. I feel for anyone who gets scammed like this.
This company is the worst to deal with. Their products ship from China. I placed two orders over three days, and the tracking is unreliable. I received emails claiming delivery, but with no address details. Now they want me to pay for a subscription just to locate my orders. It’s been over a month since I ordered. I wish I had researched before buying.
