I placed my order middle if December, today we have 18/01 order still not received. Customer service terrible, not getting back straight away, back to me after 10 days and advised that I have to wait as parcel is in it’s way. Gave completely different tracking number again. This was aChristmas gift for my daughter. I understand delays during Christmas season happen but not over a month.Not happy at all and even if I receive the stuff I don’t Want it anymore and Iwill not pay for return service.After my experience I would not recommend this company at all
