I ordered a hoodie for my daughter on December 4th for Christmas. It didn't arrive in time, and I still haven't received it! I've emailed the company twice with no response. I contacted my payment service, and they said they would reach out to the company for a resolution, but there was still no reply. Thankfully, my payment service refunded my money quickly. Only after that did the so-called company finally respond, but they informed me that since I was refunded, I would need to return the hoodie or pay for it again, and claimed it was on its way. I'm still waiting. I refuse to pay for it and will be returning it. After reading other reviews and hearing from a friend about her experience, I'm grateful I haven't received it because her items were described as terrible! She mentioned that her daughter's hoodie set arrived with a strong paint smell, was made of cheap, thin material, and was not worth the price, along with poor communication.
