Order placed but not received, terrible experience

I ordered a hoodie for my daughter on December 4th for Christmas, but it didn't arrive in time and still hasn't shown up! I reached out to the company twice via email but received no response. After escalating the issue to my payment service, they contacted the company, but again, there was no reply. Thankfully, my payment service refunded me quickly. Only after I got my money back did the company finally respond, stating that I would need to return the hoodie or pay for it again, claiming it was on its way. I'm still waiting for it. I refuse to pay for it and plan to return it. After reading multiple reviews and talking to a friend about her experience, I'm relieved I haven't received it, as her items were described as terrible, with a strong paint smell and poor quality. The communication from the company has been very disappointing!

STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY

After placing my order on November 24th, I finally received a tracking number on January 5th. I tried tracking it on January 6th, but the postal service said the tracking was unrecognized. It seems this is a common issue, and I suspect the company is generating labels without actually shipping the items, possibly to placate customers during the long waits. This behavior is misleading and reflects poorly on the business. As of January 7th, I still haven't received my order from November 24th. It's disheartening that my daughter woke up on Christmas without her gifts, and now I'm left uncertain if the items will ever arrive. If they don't, I plan to share my experience widely to warn others. This company needs to be held accountable.

Would give zero stars if possible

If I could, I would give zero stars. I ordered on December 1st and was just informed that my order will arrive after Christmas. That's unacceptable for a Christmas gift. I've already escalated this with my payment service. Avoid this company, but if you do decide to order, at least use a payment service.

Do not purchase from this company!

I strongly advise against purchasing from this company. You will likely be disappointed. They have poor email communication and fail to send orders out on time for Christmas. I've been waiting four weeks for my order, and I'm unsure if it will arrive in time, which will let my daughter down. I regret not reading the reviews before ordering; it's truly disappointing. I won't be ordering again and recommend others avoid this company as well.

I contacted my payment service, and they said they would reach out to the company for a resolution, but there was still no reply. Thankfully, my payment service refunded my money quickly. Only after that did the so-called company finally respond, but they informed me that since I was refunded, I would need to return the hoodie or pay for it again, and claimed it was on its way. I'm still waiting. I refuse to pay for it and will be returning it. After reading other reviews and hearing from a friend about her experience, I'm grateful I haven't received it because her items were described as terrible! She mentioned that her daughter's hoodie set arrived with a strong paint smell, was made of cheap, thin material, and was not worth the price, along with poor communication.

Awful service, DO NOT ORDER!!

The service is terrible. There’s been no communication or response to my emails. I've placed two orders and still haven't received them nearly a month later, even though payment was taken immediately. I wish I had read the reviews beforehand! My daughter is disappointed with no Christmas present and no birthday gift on Christmas Eve! Now, in January, I still haven't received my two orders from November, totaling £150 charged through my payment service and bank account. After I filed a claim, the company sent a tracking number for a delivery that doesn’t exist!

Avoid this company altogether

I ordered an outfit and was told it would be shipped the same day, but that day came and went. I was then told it would be sent the next day, but still nothing. I've sent multiple emails, and my order was sent to the wrong address. The customer service is appalling. When I finally received the parcel, it had a strong smell of spray paint, and even without opening it, I wouldn’t recommend using this company again.

Lovely bag, but the smell is overwhelming

The bag I received was lovely, but the spray paint odor is really strong, and I can’t seem to get rid of it.

I was initially worried after reading some reviews that my hoodies wouldn’t arrive. I emailed the company to express my need for them by a certain date, and they arrived yesterday, well in time. It took less than two weeks to arrive, and I’m very pleased with my order.
