After placing my order on November 24th, I finally received a tracking number on January 5th. I tried tracking it on January 6th, but the postal service said the tracking was unrecognized. It seems this is a common issue, and I suspect the company is generating labels without actually shipping the items, possibly to placate customers during the long waits. This behavior is misleading and reflects poorly on the business. As of January 7th, I still haven't received my order from November 24th. It's disheartening that my daughter woke up on Christmas without her gifts, and now I'm left uncertain if the items will ever arrive. If they don't, I plan to share my experience widely to warn others. This company needs to be held accountable.
