The service is terrible. There’s been no communication or response to my emails. I've placed two orders and still haven't received them nearly a month later, even though payment was taken immediately. I wish I had read the reviews beforehand! My daughter is disappointed with no Christmas present and no birthday gift on Christmas Eve! Now, in January, I still haven't received my two orders from November, totaling £150 charged through my payment service and bank account. After I filed a claim, the company sent a tracking number for a delivery that doesn’t exist!
