I ordered a hoodie for my daughter on December 4th for Christmas, but it didn't arrive in time and still hasn't shown up! I reached out to the company twice via email but received no response. After escalating the issue to my payment service, they contacted the company, but again, there was no reply. Thankfully, my payment service refunded me quickly. Only after I got my money back did the company finally respond, stating that I would need to return the hoodie or pay for it again, claiming it was on its way. I'm still waiting for it. I refuse to pay for it and plan to return it. After reading multiple reviews and talking to a friend about her experience, I'm relieved I haven't received it, as her items were described as terrible, with a strong paint smell and poor quality. The communication from the company has been very disappointing!
