Damini was very helpful in resolving my issue.I have had very poor experience with Little Hotelier support over the years, especially if I email in a ticket. Most cases, the support team does not read my email, often gets my name or the location incorrect, or is just overall very unhelpful. Damini was the rare exception and resolved my issue quickly with good detail. They were fast to respond, and ensured the issue was resolved before ending communication. I recently had to go back in forth for over a month before I gave up on trying to resolve an issue because the support person would pass off the ticket to someone else who would also not read the ticket and respond on something completely unrelated. Damini deserves recognition but over all, your support team needs serious work.
