Ravi understood the problem and moved it up with a case number. Once I know how to solve this one, I can do it easily next time. Perfect. Not a rush, we have the rest of the month.
currently using the program for 6 months. The system is very user friendly and the AI support does the job most times. Its very hard to talk with someone personally for support, all AI. Lots of issues on setting up and very hard to get support but we got there after about 2 months. Do be prepared as Payments can take a while if you are using their terminal for processing payments. Currently we have to wait 7 days for it to be sent, it will hopefully land in our account on the 8th or 9th day. This is far to long. I guest they like the extra interest while holding on to it for as long as they can. The longest we have had is 3 weeks before they sent through a months worth of booking payments. Little Hotelier does allow you to link all the channels in, some of the information doesn't feed back and forth too well but in the end its a reasonable base system.
Horrible customer service and software with many deficiencies. It still forces us to be uncompliant with country regulations - took them more than 1,5 years to get the worst issues solved. Still guest check-ins are only possible on the same day. For late arrivals during the night there is no option to check them in after midnight. No partial reimbursements possible for cancellations, only the originally paid amount can be processed. Customer service has not been able to help solve any issue. They do not even respond any more. We are switching to another booking system now during the season after 5 years because we are sooo unhappy with them and they do not get it under control. We literally had hundreds of issues. Do not recommend at all.
I have written several times that I want to leave Little Hotelier and have informed several times through messenger. Now they have stated that they cannot contact Little Hotelier. There is a bill of 1200 kr every month, it is grossly in default and there are bookings that I cannot give rooms to, poor them when they come to town. The account is deactivated but the company takes money from my account every month. Please delete the bookings and close the booking system. I am very tired of you.
